HL Display is an expert in product display and retail communication, tailoring unique store solutions for the retail sector that enable increased sales, save labor costs, create differentiation, and enhance brand visibility. We have manufacturing in nine countries and distribution centers in five countries, with the Nordic hub located in Sundsvall, serving the market for four Nordic countries: Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. We are now looking for more staff for our Nordic warehouse team based in Sundsvall.

Main responsibilities include:

- Picking and restocking items

- Packing customer orders and labeling for shipping preparation

- Administrative work via computer in our ERP system (Jeeves) and Warehouse Management system (Ongoing)

- Inventory management

- Forklift operation

- Other warehouse-related tasks

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, quick on their feet, results-oriented, and enjoys working in a team, and who wants to actively contribute to the team achieving its set goals. You need to be able to communicate in English, both spoken and written, as we have an international warehouse, and hold a forklift license (A, B). Previous experience in warehouse work is an advantage.

The position is full-time 100% daytime, weekdays between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM with flexible agreements.

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
