Production Staff for Stena Recycling

Do you have previous experience in waste management or industry? Do you want an active part-time job and help create a sustainable tomorrow? Then we might have the position for you!

Our client Stena Recycling aims to create a truly circular society - a society where nothing is wasted. They offer waste collection, innovative reuse services, and advanced recycling at an industrial level. They also provide consulting services and circular solutions that play a key role in the transition to a circular economy.

We are now looking for production staff for Stena's facilities in both Töva and Timrå. The positions involve working at the facilities driving wheel loaders and, in Töva, also as material handlers. The tasks include sorting, unloading, and loading materials.

The positions are hourly with a start in February or as agreed. Working hours vary for both facilities and are scheduled between Monday-Friday 07-16 in Timrå and Monday-Sunday 07-02 at the facility in Töva. The positions are mainly to cover for absences and peak workloads, but for the right person, there are also good chances for summer jobs in 2025.

This is a staffing assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but will work as a consultant for our client at one of the facilities. The position starts with an introduction where you will first go through Stena's safety regulations. After that, there will be a more practical introduction with on-site guidance at the facility, to ensure that you as a consultant understand both the importance of safety and the risks involved in the work, as well as to provide you with the best conditions to perform your tasks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who works or studies at least 50% and is reliable, resilient, and enjoys working physically at a fast pace. To be considered for the position, a wheel loader operator training is required, and you must communicate fluently in Swedish. Furthermore, you should be self-driven, attentive, and responsible, carrying out your tasks thoughtfully and safely with an awareness of risks. To thrive in the role, we prefer candidates with experience in waste management or industry, as well as familiarity with operating wheel loaders and/or material handlers.

As part of the quality assurance in this process, you will undergo a background check before employment can be considered. Interviews are conducted continuously and may be filled before the application deadline. Does this sound interesting? Apply today!
