Our mission is to meet the need for service offerings by best supporting healthcare so that good care with high quality can be offered to residents. We work with cleaning services, meal services, customer service, and logistics services, where cleaning is our largest service area. We are responsible for ensuring that our services are performed with high efficiency and quality.

Your Tasks

We are looking for service staff focused on cleaning services for summer temporary positions in the Karlstad area in 2026. We offer you a stimulating job where your contribution is important for the operation and the workgroup.

As a cleaner, you will be assigned an area to clean for which you are responsible. We have close cooperation and support each other a lot within the groups. You have great freedom to organize your work during the day.

The job offers a secure and safe employer that provides employees with good conditions for a secure workplace. The tasks consist of cleaning as well as some material handling. At the service unit in Karlstad, we meet the healthcare needs for service offerings in the Karlstad area and a bit outside, for example in Kil and Forshaga, but not at the Central Hospital.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for someone who has completed high school education. Since travel is required in the position, a B driver's license is a requirement. Experience from service professions or experience operating a scrubbing machine is an advantage.

You are flexible, service-oriented, and motivated to provide good service. You enjoy working both independently and in a team. You can express yourself well in Swedish, both in speech and writing, as you will have a lot of contact with colleagues, patients, and visitors.

You must be at least 18 years old since many of our tasks can be independent and the working hours may include days, evenings, and weekends.
