We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a cleaner at Södra School/Kompassens Preschool within the area of food and cleaning. Here, you will be part of an engaged team of about 40 employees who contribute every day to clean, safe, and functional premises and good meals in our municipal operations. The cleaning department works with modern, environmentally friendly, and ergonomic methods.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a cleaner, you will work with all cleaning tasks including daily cleaning, weekly cleaning, and deep cleaning. You will also be responsible for maintaining and handling cleaning machines and materials, as well as ordering consumables. If necessary, tasks in our reception kitchens may be included, such as dishwashing and simpler kitchen duties.

Your workplace will be Södra School/Kompassens Preschool, but the role means that you sometimes work at different locations and, if needed, support colleagues across the entire municipality's geographical area. Flexibility and a willingness to help each other are therefore important parts of our daily work.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have basic knowledge of professional cleaning, and it is advantageous if you have experience from similar work, an SRY course, or experience from working in a large kitchen/restaurant.

We are looking for someone who can work independently and takes responsibility for their tasks. Since much of our communication is digital, it is important that you can read, write, and communicate in Swedish.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are service-oriented, flexible, and have an easy time collaborating and building good relationships with both colleagues and operations.

A valid B driver's license is required, and access to your own car is an advantage.

In our operations, you are required to present a valid extract from the Police's criminal record before employment. The extract can be ordered free of charge via the Police's e-service and can be delivered digitally to Kivra or by post. The processing time is approximately 1 - 2 weeks.
