Your Responsibilities

In Night Home Care, you will be offered a varied job where each night is unique. The Night Patrol's tasks mainly involve personal care, supervision in the form of home visits, and supervision using security cameras. Medication management by delegation. The services aim to empower individuals to manage on their own and enable them to feel safe and remain in their own homes.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a nursing assistant education or other qualifications that the employer deems equivalent. You should have a good ability to plan your work based on the needs of the operation, which can change during a work shift. The job involves both independent work and teamwork, so you should have a good ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others.

As a person, you are flexible and easy to collaborate with. You have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and focus on the needs of the users. You are empathetic, attentive, and have a positive approach. It is also important that you can review, analyze, and assess your own work to perform quality services. You should be responsible and show initiative. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Since the position requires documentation and communication with clients, colleagues, and other partners, we expect you to be computer literate and proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
