JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work mainly consists of washing and painting outdoors within our property portfolio. This may involve painting storage buildings, fences, and canopies, but there may also be some indoor painting work, such as basement corridors in our properties. In this role, you have an important mission to create comfort and service for our tenants.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who preferably has previous experience in similar painting work. To thrive in this role, we believe you have a strong interest in doing a good job and making a difference. You are proactive, resourceful, and creative, and can see opportunities.

It is an advantage if you have a B driver's license or an AM driver's license to apply for the position.
