JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are varied and consist of internal and external property maintenance. This may involve gardening, land and plant care, as well as ongoing property maintenance. In this role, you have an important mission to create comfort, safety, and cleanliness for our tenants.

• External and partially internal property maintenance
• Land and garden maintenance
• Cleaning and waste management

QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive in this role, we believe you have a strong interest in properties and garden/outdoor environments. You are action-oriented and proactive, becoming creative in outdoor environments, able to see opportunities and come up with improvement suggestions.

Experience with tools such as hedge trimmers, string trimmers, and lawn mowers is advantageous. It is important that you indicate if you have an AM driver's license as the minimum requirement.
