JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are varied and mainly consist of internal property maintenance. This may involve various repair work inside our apartments and properties. In this role, you have an important task of creating comfort, safety, and service for our tenants.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with an adequate education, training in plumbing and property management, or within a similar profession, where your skills can be useful to us at Byggebo. To thrive in this role, we believe you have a strong interest in property maintenance. You are proactive and action-oriented, as well as creative and able to see opportunities.

You must have at least a B driver's license to apply for the position of property caretaker.
