Glada Hudikhem AB is a municipal housing company wholly owned by Hudiksvall Municipality. The company's turnover amounts to 400 million SEK and it owns properties valued at approximately 3.5 billion SEK, providing homes for over 10,000 residents of Hudiksvall.

Do you want to lead and develop customer service in a company that creates good living environments?

We are now looking for a customer service manager based in Hudiksvall.

Your Responsibilities

As a customer service manager with us, you are responsible for ensuring high quality in the dialogue with our tenants, along with the associated systems and working methods.

This may include rent management, marketing of housing, contract management, rent billing, claims management, and market analysis for the company and projects. You will lead our customer service team in their work with phone support, reporting issues, tenant support, and social housing questions.

Driving marketing projects that involve developing working methods in the department and improving our tenants' living environments is part of the role, all aimed at contributing to our promise “Glada Hudikhem – Where memories are created.”

You will be part of the company's management team, report to the CEO, and have a special responsibility for collaboration with the property management department. The role is both strategic and operational – you will lead development projects and participate in the daily work of the department.

Your Profile

We expect you to have a university degree relevant to this role, documented leadership experience, possibly within the real estate sector, municipal organization, or another type of business where customer service and customer dialogue, as well as market analysis, have been in focus.

You have experience in developing and driving processes where business development has occurred in collaboration with others, and leading change is a natural part of your leadership style.

It is advantageous if you have experience reporting to a board, preferably in a municipal context, and preparing decision-making materials that ensure understanding of issues and well-considered decisions. As a person, you are driven with the ability to capture others' competencies and viewpoints, and with these and your expertise as a foundation, analyze and propose and implement solutions.

You should have the ability to develop individuals and groups, inspire collective development, and lead efforts towards set goals.
