We are looking for a structured and responsible warehouse manager who wants to take a comprehensive approach to administration, inventory management, stock assessment, and goods handling. The role is central to the organization and involves close collaboration with both the finance department and other internal functions. You will be the hub for inventory counting and valuation, ensuring that our warehouse processes are correct, efficient, and follow established routines.

As a warehouse manager, you have overall responsibility for ensuring that our warehouse flows operate smoothly from inbound to outbound deliveries. You will work with continuous inventory management, item assessments, and stock volumes, as well as support purchasing and technical support with analyses regarding item needs. You will also be responsible for setting the correct reorder points, monitoring FIFO, and making assessments regarding items that can be phased out.

The role includes broad responsibility for receiving and distributing both domestic and international deliveries, including arrival registration in MPS, packaging, and booking all transports. You will have daily contact with transport providers and always work to find cost-effective solutions. Some arrival control, forklift driving, and warehouse replenishment are included in the daily work. You also play an important role in ensuring that quality, environmental, and occupational safety work follows the company's policies and goals.

  • Packaging & Control: Manage the packaging of goods (from letters to pallets) and perform arrival controls.

  • Transport Administration: Book and order all types of transports, including special deliveries for events such as fairs.

  • Supplier Contact: Handle daily contact with transport providers.

  • Operational Warehouse Work: Perform forklift driving, goods delivery, and printing of shipping labels.

  • Warehouse Flows: Manage warehouse replenishment and ongoing inventory transactions.

  • Financial Monitoring: Code transport invoices and actively work for cost-effective logistics solutions.

  • Quality & Environment: Participate in the company's systematic quality, environmental, and occupational safety work.

  • Flexibility: Be open to other tasks in the warehouse and goods reception as needed.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within warehousing and logistics where you have handled both operational and administrative aspects.

  • Language Skills: Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as the role involves contacts with both domestic and international suppliers.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-oriented, and confident in making independent decisions.
