We are looking for a warehouse employee with customer contact for part-time employment with the possibility of full-time. In this role, you will work practically in the warehouse operations with handling goods and customer contact. You will become an important part of the team where service, order, and accuracy are highly valued.
Responsibilities and DutiesThe work requires attention to detail, good organization, and the ability to provide professional service to customers as well as collaborate with colleagues to ensure an efficient flow.
Receiving, checking, and reporting discrepancies
Picking, packing, and delivering goods according to orders and work routines
Customer contact
Restocking products from incoming deliveries to the warehouse
Follow the company's procedures for work environment and quality
Continuous inventory as time allows
Experience from warehouse, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage
Experience in customer service and good communication skills
Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse or cash systems is a plus
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Driver's license B
Service-oriented in customer contacts
Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on quality
Team-oriented and communicative
Proactive and responsible in daily work
The position is primarily part-time with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.
