We are looking for a manager who is motivated by clear goals and takes responsibility for creating results. With a present and clear leadership style, you will drive the operations forward and contribute to both good results and development in the work with young people receiving activity compensation. You are also expected to collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that more young people with activity compensation have the opportunity to enter work or studies.

Close Leadership, Change, Collaboration

As a unit manager, you are the leader closest to the employees and the operations. You are responsible for leading and driving the daily work based on the department's mission and goals, where the state value base permeates your work. Through your leadership, you communicate clear expectations, follow up on goals, and provide your employees with the right conditions to take their responsibility. You have personnel responsibility as well as responsibility for results and follow-up for the teams in your unit. You also represent Försäkringskassan in external collaborations with, for example, the Public Employment Service and municipalities.

Your unit consists of 14 employees working with activity compensation and is located in Växjö and Karlskrona. Through close leadership, you create the predictability, security, and sustainability necessary for employees to take their responsibility and meet the need for change. You create understanding of context, direction, and the goals set by the department and develop the plans your operations need. As a unit manager, you support the area manager and are part of the area's management group, which consists of about 18 people, where you contribute with your expertise and commitment. You adapt and exercise your leadership in a way that creates conditions for employees to use their judgment and competence.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high security awareness.

• have experience in inter-agency collaboration.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable.
