Safeman AB has a long and stable industrial history and was founded in 1939 as a manufacturer of personal protective equipment. For many years, the business was primarily focused on the production of interior details for the automotive industry.

Today, Safeman is a modern industrial company with broad expertise in manufacturing and assembly. The operations encompass everything from customized details to larger volume units and fully assembled products for customers across the entire industry. The production is characterized by a high technical level, quality thinking, and close collaboration between technology and production.

As a CNC operator, you will primarily work with CNC milling in modern multi-operation machines. You will be an important part of the production and work in an environment where experience, precision, and continuous improvement are highly valued.

• Operation, monitoring, and setup of CNC milling machines

• Programming and optimization in Siemens control systems

• Work with Tebis offline programming

• Measuring, quality control, and adjustments in production

• Troubleshooting and improvement work in collaboration with technology and colleagues

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous work experience as a CNC operator, focusing on milling

• Experience with programming in Siemens control systems

• Knowledge in Tebis offline programming

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

The position is a temp-to-perm recruitment, which means that you will initially be employed by Lernia Bemanning and work as a staffing consultant. The goal is for you to eventually transition to a permanent position at Safeman.
