We are now looking for a housing supporter to join our team at Öjebo (and also Freskapelle group home). We offer training and a developing job where you can make a difference! We are looking for both long-term full-time substitutes and also hourly substitutes.

About Öjebo The group homes Öjebo and Freskapelle cater to individuals with diagnoses within the autism spectrum or acquired brain injury. The units are located adjacent to each other, and you work in a larger team.

About the role In the role of housing supporter, you will start from the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you work towards making the day meaningful and enriching. You support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call shifts.

You will have a coordinator close to you who works part-time in the operation. This can also be a future career opportunity for you.

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in health and care or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our users' best interests in mind in everything you do.
