Summer Job Openings for Cleaning Staff 2026

Right by the sparkling Bäsingen beach, surrounded by forests, fields, and about twenty charming buildings, lies Sjöviks Folk High School – a place where people meet, learn, create, and experience.

During the summer, the area comes alive as both small and large groups rent the facilities for conferences, camps, family reunions, and festive occasions.

We are now looking for you who want to help create that wonderful summer feeling – by ensuring that our facilities and accommodations are clean, pleasant, and ready for all our guests.

We need engaged and responsible summer workers at Sjöviks Folk High School during the summer of 2026. The tasks involve cleaning both common areas and rooms for overnight guests. Working hours are primarily during the day, but weekend and evening work may occur.

Responsibilities:

· Daily cleaning of facilities and rooms.

· Maintenance of common areas.

Who are you?

Responsible, meticulous, good teamwork skills, and flexible. We are looking for someone who wants to work with us wherever needed and do what needs to be done.

Requirements:

You must be at least 18 years old.

You must be able to commute to and from work. Suitable public transport is not available.

You must be able to work the entire season (2026-06-05 - 2026-08-16).

Previous experience in similar tasks is a plus but not a requirement. We would also like you to come and work a few shifts before the season starts to be prepared.
