Regionservice's mission is to lead, execute, develop, and streamline service functions together with operations within Region Dalarna, in collaboration with the region's municipalities or through cooperation with external actors. We do this within service areas such as property management, food and meal services, logistics, cleaning, and laundry. Regionservice has approximately 460 employees and generates about 350 million SEK in revenue. The operation is quality certified according to ISO 9001 and environmentally certified according to ISO 14001.
Service Staff Cleaning/Food Management, Patient-Centered Service Mora
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a service staff member within Patient-Centered Service, you will work alongside healthcare personnel in our care departments, in close contact with patients. The tasks consist of various service duties around the patient, such as regular cleaning, terminal and infection cleaning, and food and meal management. We strive to develop our service work to relieve healthcare personnel to an even greater extent. The work can at times be physically demanding. We are looking for someone with a passionate interest and commitment to service, who understands how to meet different types of people. You are service-oriented, and being involved and interested in shaping your own and the group's work is a given for you. You are responsible, eager to learn different areas within the service field, and enjoy a job that includes many varied tasks. Planning and flexibly switching between different work moments and tasks feels natural to you. You strive to do meticulous work where satisfied patients and customers are the focus. Collaboration and good relationships with your colleagues are important to you in your daily work.
Evening and weekend shifts may occur.
Additional InformationQualificationsRequirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Good knowledge of expressing oneself in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Experience from service professions such as hotel and restaurant, cleaning, healthcare, or what the employer deems equivalent
Meritorious:
- SRY or PRYL training
- Good computer skills
- Driving license B
- High school education in areas such as hotel and restaurant, tourism, healthcare, or what the employer deems equivalent
