The mission of Regionservice is to lead, perform, develop, and streamline service tasks together with operations within Region Dalarna, in collaboration with the region's municipalities or through cooperation with external actors. We do this in service areas such as property management, food and meal services, logistics, cleaning, laundry, and patient-related services. Temporary and hourly positions for Patient-Related Services in Falun

As a service employee within Patient-Related Services, you will work on a care department alongside healthcare staff and be responsible for service tasks around the patient. The tasks include regular cleaning, terminal and infection cleaning, food and meal management, as well as some textile and material supply. Working hours are varied, with evening and weekend shifts. The work can sometimes be physically demanding. Travel is not included in the position.

The most important thing for us is that you have a strong interest and commitment to service and want to make a difference in everyday life. You take responsibility for your tasks and understand that your work is an important part of the whole. Since you will meet patients, relatives, and healthcare staff in your daily work, you need to be social, attentive, and communicative. You easily create trusting conversations and meet people in a respectful and professional manner. The role includes varied tasks, which means you need to enjoy switching between different activities throughout the day. You are flexible, have a good ability to prioritize, can quickly adapt when situations change, and work carefully with quality and care in focus. You value good relationships and contribute to a positive collaboration within the team.

To work with us, you need to:

• be at least 18 years old
• have a high school education or experience that the employer deems equivalent
• have good computer skills
• be able to express yourself easily in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

It is an advantage if you have any of the following:

• education or experience from other service professions, e.g., hotel and restaurant, tourism, care and welfare, or what the employer deems equivalent
• Cleaning education, YKB, SRY, or PRYL
