Are you our new Warehouse Operator in Helsingborg?

As a Warehouse Operator, you will work closely with other Supply Chain employees such as material planners and buyers, and be an important link between Supply Chain and production. You will handle issues related to material handling and production, as well as contribute to creating and improving routines for the company's operations and optimizing inventory values, storage spaces, and work processes.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Receiving goods upon arrival at the depot and checking that it is the correct product and quantity
  • Inspecting and verifying deliveries regarding condition and quality
  • Maintaining and improving warehouse structure with storage locations and labeling both physically and in the warehouse system
  • Preparing planned withdrawals (kitting) from the warehouse of maintenance-controlled materials
  • Assisting with material and item number identification during withdrawals from the warehouse
  • Handling shipments of materials to other depots and processing workshops

Other tasks may include inventory, investigation, packing, and planning. The work is independent and free, involving personal responsibility. The job includes some heavy lifting.

Who are you?

To succeed in the role of Warehouse Operator, you are service-oriented, flexible, and organized. You have a strong commitment and can work well in a team. You communicate clearly and work in a structured manner.

Furthermore, you have a good ability to solve problems and are accustomed to handling and balancing multiple issues, problems, and requests simultaneously.

  • Experience in warehouse work
  • Forklift license A + B
  • Good physical condition as the job requires heavy lifting
  • Good computer skills are necessary to manage the tasks
  • Experience with business systems
  • Stress-resistant and efficient in quickly solving arising problems
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
