About the role

We are now looking for someone who wants to work part-time with a combination of order administration, customer contact, and warehouse work. This is a flexible role where you will have the opportunity to grow with responsibilities and tasks, which is perfect for you who are technically interested and want to develop within logistics and administration.

You will:

- Receive, unpack, and register incoming goods

- Pick and pack deliveries to customers and workshops

- Load and unload deliveries

- Book transports and freight

- Enter customer orders into the business system

- Maintain ongoing contact with customers via email and phone

- Deliver local shipments if needed

You will work closely with colleagues in the warehouse and will have support in learning both systems and routines. The position starts as a consulting assignment via Emploid, but if everything goes well, there is an opportunity for transition to employment with Solaris.

About you

We are looking for someone who is practical, enjoys structure, and has an easy time collaborating. You are both meticulous and solution-focused, enjoy combining physical work with administration, and have a natural technical curiosity.

We would like you to have:

- Previous experience in warehouse work and order administration

- Good computer skills, preferably experience with business systems

- Technical interest or understanding of spare parts/components

- Good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

- A valid driver's license (B)

- Forklift license (meritorious)

- Ability to handle heavier lifts (up to 30 kg)

To be considered for this recruitment, you need to have another main occupation, such as being a student or having another part-time job.

Other information

Start: Immediately

Location: Malmö

Scope: Part-time, approx. 16-20 hours/week

Working hours: Between 07:00-16:00 Mon-Fri

Salary: According to GFL
