Main Responsibilities

As a warehouse employee at our warehouse/logistics center in Landskrona, you ensure that food products are delivered on time and with good quality to our stores across the country. Your daily tasks consist of order picking where you pick pallets of fruits, vegetables, and flowers. You will have a picking truck and a headset with voice picking (pick by voice) to assist you. As we constantly strive to improve our service to the stores, ensuring that store shelves are never empty, it is important that you work with high efficiency and quality in your daily tasks. You will be part of a large logistics flow with many actors and various challenges, making it especially important to keep time schedules, follow safety and order regulations, and assist other departments when needed. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys taking responsibility, whether it involves respecting deadlines, maintaining good quality, or achieving set goals. You are comfortable being followed up on your performance and motivated by receiving clear feedback on a job well done. To thrive in the role of warehouse employee, good physical health is required as you will be performing repetitive lifting. Therefore, it is important for us that you work in an ergonomically correct manner and appreciate keeping your body active. As a person, it is important for you to have good cooperation with your colleagues and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the group, regardless of differing perspectives, cultures, backgrounds, and languages. At the same time, you need to enjoy working independently in the warehouse, as you move over large areas with limited social contacts while performing your tasks.

Experience and Skills

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Swedish or English
• A forklift license is required
• Previous experience in physical work and similar environments is an advantage
• It is a plus if you have been or are active in sports
• Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
