ABOUT THE POSITION

As a cable assembler/production technician, you will work with the assembly and construction of customized cabling according to customer-specific requirements. The work often takes place in small series, and you will be responsible for the production from start to finish, which means a great variety in tasks.

The quality requirements are high, and the work is carried out in close collaboration with both the design department in Vallentuna and production in other countries. Documentation of the manufacturing process and the development of simpler fixtures and tools are part of the role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job tasks

The work involves assembling fine mechanical and electronic components, cable routing, and quality assurance. You will work from technical drawings and instructions to ensure that each product meets specific requirements.

  • Perform advanced assembly of electronics and mechanical components
  • Work with technical drawings and specifications
  • Ensure high quality and precision in the assembly work
  • Actively contribute to problem-solving and process improvement

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Have a basic technical education (e.g., high school or vocational training).
  • Have experience in assembly, preferably within electrical and electronics or cabling.
  • Have a good ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Are self-driven and proactive with a strong work ethic.
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Certification in IPC (e.g., IPC 620) and/or soldering.
  • Experience in complex electronic assembly.

To succeed in this role, you are meticulous, service-minded, and have a genuine technical interest. The work is independent, which means you need to be self-sufficient, proactive, and take responsibility for your tasks.
