Restaurant Assistant at MAX

As a restaurant assistant at MAX, you are a key person in our daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible service and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level, both in terms of quality, speed, and service. You work in a team and have varied tasks: serving guests, keeping the restaurant clean and tidy, working in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries, and managing the cash register to ensure guests receive their ordered items. During your first days, you will learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague and on our learning platform MAX Academy through digital training.

How does the process work?

We have chosen to eliminate CVs and cover letters for our restaurant employee positions. Instead of sending in your CV and cover letter, you will answer a number of selection questions and take a Service Test. We ask you to respond thoroughly to the selection questions.

After you have submitted your application, you will receive a test sent to your email. This is a Service Test that asks how you would act in a situation that may arise in the daily work at MAX. Through the test, you will get a taste of what it is like to work at MAX. The test takes a maximum of 15 minutes. After you have completed the test, we will review your application and get back to you as soon as we can. If you proceed in the process, you will receive an invitation to an interview; if not, we will respond to you via email. We review applications on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and we will not proceed with candidates who do not complete the Service Test.
