We are now looking for our next manager for our fantastic living room, on the ground floor – Happy Duck

The first thing you encounter with us Happy Duck – our living room where everyone comes as they are and socializes in a relaxed environment. Happy Duck is filled with happy people every day of the week, and this is where the party begins - here you feel good, eat well, and have an experience for all senses: music, atmosphere, food, and fantastic beer!

Who are you?

Are you a proud professional looking for new exciting challenges and wanting to develop within the profession? As a person, you are positive, attentive, engaged in the guests' needs, passionate about service and meeting people. Your desire to be involved in development is strong, and you have a humble demeanor. Furthermore, you are organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. You are unpretentious and step in where needed. • Many years of professional knowledge in restaurant and staff management
• Good communication skills, both in Swedish and English
• A burning interest in food & drink
• You have a coaching approach and love to see others grow

• Have a structured working method

If you have a strong interest in beer, we see it as a big plus.

In your role as manager, you will have overall responsibility for the unit's guests, employees, and the total experience regarding food and drink. Employment form: 75-100%

Start date and salary: Salary according to agreement and start date by arrangement
