Property Caretaker Wanted at Kronhallen Bostad AB

Kronhallen Bostad AB is a real estate company that strives to provide our tenants with a safe and pleasant living environment. We manage properties primarily in Karlskoga but also in Degerfors.

Property management is also conducted in a few other similar companies.

About the Position

We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented property caretaker for the summer, focusing on external maintenance such as lawn mowing, painting, stair cleaning, and simple repair work.

Responsibilities:

As a property caretaker with us, you will play an important role in ensuring that our properties and outdoor environments are kept in good condition. Your main tasks will include:

• Property maintenance: Performing simple repairs and painting
• Care of outdoor and indoor environments: Responsible for garden maintenance, litter picking, emptying trash bins, and stair cleaning
• Fault reports: Handling and addressing simple fault reports from tenants and following up on ongoing cases.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in handling tools and simple gardening machines
• Good technical understanding
• The ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• A service-oriented attitude and the ability to communicate well with tenants and colleagues.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
