As a travel salesperson at Bergkvara, you are a central part of our customer team at the head office in Kalmar. From here, all customer contact and sales are managed. In this position, you will be offered a varied and dynamic workday in newly built premises, where you will have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally. The position is a temporary contract for 18 months, with the possibility of extension.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a travel salesperson, you will be responsible for administering and selling bus trips for Bergkvara's charter traffic. Your main tasks include quote and order management, as well as customer service via phone and email. You will also be responsible for the reception and tasks related to the office. You will manage customer inquiries and continuously provide high service to our customers. The work also involves handling many internal and external contacts and working closely with your team to ensure that our customers' needs are met in the best way.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is business-minded, solution-focused, and has strong administrative skills. You should enjoy working both independently and in a team, and be an initiator driven to develop sales forward. You have a good ability to handle multiple contact points simultaneously and are not afraid to put in extra effort during the busy periods of charter traffic. If you also have a genuine interest in customer service and a desire to contribute to the team's success, you will thrive with us at Bergkvara.
Additionally, you need:
- High school education, preferably with a focus on tourism or economics (higher education is an advantage).
- Good computer skills, especially in Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Good language skills in English.
- Documented experience in sales and customer service work.
- Experience in reception work and office administration is an advantage.
