We are now looking for you who want to become a Sourcing Developer!

The fundamental mission of the purchasing function is to be both supportive and guiding in the purchasing process. As we restructure our purchasing organization, we are strengthening it with a new position as Sourcing Developer. As a Sourcing Developer at Kährs, you will be involved in the implementation of new legislation, digitalization, and supplier evaluation based on new EU directives. Next year, we will change our business system, where you will be involved in evaluating our processes and implementing changes in our new business system. Together with certification issues and projects, as well as administrative support to the Purchasing Manager, these are the frameworks for the position. You will thus become an important part of our wonderful purchasing team! Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a positive colleague and skilled in administration and documentation. You keep order and structure in your work. You want to learn about supplier management and purchasing from both an operational and strategic perspective. As an important player in a changing industry, we are constantly faced with new challenges. Therefore, we also believe that you are a person who enjoys driving change at a fast pace and spreads energy and enthusiasm. We are looking for someone who is driven, analytical, structured, and communicative. You are good at creating structure and seeing opportunities.

We are looking for you who:

• Have studied Purchasing and Supply Management or equivalent.
• Have experience working in business systems, preferably D365.
• Have experience with certification work.
• Want to develop and streamline purchasing processes.
• Want to work on multiple projects from a purchasing perspective.
• Master Swedish and English in speech and writing. German is a plus.
• Experience with D365 and SRM systems is a plus.
