Site Manager in Gardening & Landscape Maintenance

About us

DN Gardening & Landscape Maintenance is a contracting company in property maintenance that has grown significantly since 2015. We work with the maintenance of outdoor environments and our services are aimed at public and private property companies where we assist them with their outdoor spaces.

We are looking for a committed and driven Site Manager to join our team! If you have leadership experience, good organizational skills, and a passion for developing both employees and the business, then this job is for you.

About the role

As a Site Manager with us, you will be responsible for the daily operations and ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and according to set goals. You will lead, coach, and motivate your team as well as be responsible for planning, task distribution, and quality assurance.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and distribute tasks within the team
• Plan and optimize workflows
• Be responsible for personnel planning and scheduling
• Ensure quality and efficiency in the work
• Follow up and report key figures and results
• Support and develop employees in their roles

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of relevant experience in a leadership role and experience working in a contracting format
• Post-secondary education as a gardener or TCYK's vocational certificate at multiple levels.
• The ability to motivate and inspire the team
• Good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude
• Good computer skills and an interest in administrative work
• Driving license B (requirement)
