About the position

At Humana Villan in Eslöv, we work with a person-centered approach – each client's wishes and needs are our priority. As a summer substitute, you are a key person in creating a safe, joyful, and meaningful everyday life for our wonderful clients. Together with colleagues in a positive work environment, you make a difference every day!

Working hours: Schedule with varying hours (day, evening, weekend, and night) during June–August.

Employment rate: 75-100%.

Salary: Individual salary setting according to collective agreement.

Start date: Ongoing

What does the role involve?

As a care staff member with us, you will have a varied and rewarding job. Your tasks include:

• Planning and executing daily tasks together with your colleagues.

• Documentation and handling of any deviations.

• Collaboration with nurses and rehabilitation staff to create the best possible care.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is a team player with a big heart and a responsible attitude. You enjoy collaborating but can also take initiative and work independently.

It is a plus if you have experience in person-centered work, and we believe you are good at building relationships and keeping morale high in all situations!

It is meritorious if you are:

• Trained as a nursing assistant or caregiver with experience in care work.

We are looking for you who:

• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
