JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We work with the individual citizen's sense of coherence. You will actively work during your shifts for the well-being of the citizen based on their daily condition. You have an empathetic ability, work functionally and activity-supportively, and have a salutogenic approach. The needs of the citizen guide our work, which means that your attitude and commitment will be of great importance for how the days unfold. You are a team player! The work involves regular care and support tasks within municipal operations, such as personal care, medication delegation, and actively documenting in our documentation and management system.

With us, it is important to actively participate and contribute to a good work climate where we help each other with daily tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

For work within the above-mentioned units, we primarily seek those who are trained nursing assistants or care assistants with experience in care and support. We see that you can work independently, in a structured manner, and that you are responsive to the citizen's needs and confident in your professional role.

As a person, you are engaged, have a good attitude, and place the citizen at the center. To work according to the citizen's needs, you need to be able to collaborate easily with other professionals and stakeholders around the citizen. The work requires flexibility and good communication and collaboration skills.

We place great importance on personal qualities and that you are ready to embrace the social sector's core values: RESPONSIBILITY, RESPECT, TRUST.

You need to master the Swedish language in a way that allows you to communicate with citizens, relatives, and colleagues in both speech and writing.

OTHER

The position will be filled provided that the necessary political decisions are made and that it is not needed for internal use.
