Make a Difference with Us

As a member of our property maintenance teams, you will have a versatile job where you work with exterior maintenance, such as lawn mowing, hedge trimming, litter picking, and weeding. There may also be opportunities for minor repairs and quick professional handling of customer complaints. With us, computers and mobile phones are essential work tools, and every work order is handled digitally.

This is a varied job where no two days are alike. Since you will meet many people daily, it is essential that you are both social and professional and passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers.

You Contribute with Your Skills and Engagement

We are looking for individuals with previous experience in property maintenance. You are practical, enjoy meeting people, and delivering service with a warm smile.

As a person, you thrive in both independent work and teamwork, and you communicate easily both within the team and with customers. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and can structure your work effectively.

Experience with gardening equipment is an advantage.

The position requires a B driver's license (manual car) and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
