For the 2026 season, we are looking for two new employees. One person who can work about 75% from April to the end of October and one person who can work 100% during the peak season, i.e. from mid-June to mid-August. We can tell you more about how we plan to organize the season if we invite you for an interview.

You need to be a driven person who enjoys working independently and can take responsibility. Since we grow so many different crops, the tasks change all the time, and it requires that you are interested and curious about cultivation. The advantage is that it never becomes monotonous or routine. Weather and wind also make each season different.

Responsibilities

Depending on where we are in the season, tasks can range from sowing and planting to weeding and harvesting vegetables. We cultivate both in open fields and greenhouses. You will primarily help us in the fields with harvesting and cleaning vegetables, weeding, taking care of tomatoes in the greenhouse, sowing and repotting plants, light tractor driving, and handling smaller machines. We work with small tractors for potato harvesting and weeding, etc. We also have a two-wheeled tractor for strawberry cultivation.

During the summer season, the pace is high, and you need to enjoy working physically as it is a physically demanding job.

Qualifications

You should have a strong interest in cultivation and vegetables. Education and/or experience in vegetable cultivation is a significant plus but not a requirement. We primarily focus on personal suitability and interest.
