Degerforsbyggen AB is looking for someone who wants to work with outdoor maintenance and property management in a safe and engaged team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of outdoor environments and simple property maintenance to create safe and pleasant areas for our tenants. The work is practical and varied, with great opportunities to influence the content of the workday.

You will perform tasks related to outdoor environments, operations, and supervision, as well as simple repairs. The work requires a sense of responsibility, service orientation, and the ability to plan and execute tasks independently.

• Maintenance of green areas, lawn mowing, leaf and gravel collection, and litter picking

• Simple tree and shrub pruning, as well as planting and caring for plantings

• Maintenance and supervision of walkways, parking areas, and outdoor spaces

• Repairs and simple maintenance of outdoor environments, as well as preventive measures

• Operation and fault reporting, as well as follow-up with responsible parties

• Collaboration with the rest of the property team to ensure good service to tenants

• Follow the company's routines for work environment, safety, and quality

• Experience in outdoor maintenance, gardening, or property management is an advantage

• Familiarity with and experience using machines and tools for outdoor work, e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers, and responsibility for ensuring that vehicles, lawnmowers, and hand tools are serviced and in good condition.

• Basic skills for simple repair and maintenance work

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Driver's license (B) is required

• Service-oriented with good teamwork skills

• Meticulous, responsible, and structured in their work

• Flexible and solution-oriented in varying tasks and weather conditions

• Proactive and driven to contribute to improvements in the outdoor environment

• The position is full-time, with the possibility of part-time by agreement

• Location: Degerfors
