Join STS Group as our next Quality Manager for a large heavy industry project in Boden

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Quality (QAQC) Manager for our project in northern Sweden. As part of the Dussmann Group based in Berlin, STS Group is fully committed to the highest health, safety, environmental, and quality practices, and this position will play a significant role in delivering a key project for us in the Nordics within large-scale industrial projects.

The Opportunity

This role will work closely with the broader project management team to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards and exceed our customers' expectations and deliverables. The key to this role will be the ability to effectively plan and manage quality systems and procedures.

Reporting to the project manager, here are some of the key responsibilities of this role:

· Prepare documentation for handover inspections and testing, as well as operation and maintenance manuals.

· Implementation of STS quality and inspection test plans in projects.

· Coordinate the commissioning of electrical systems with STS teams and other stakeholders.

· Complete review of inspection and test documentation.

· Deliver STS quality systematic introductions and toolbox talks for project teams.

· Review and issue final handover packages to the client.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout the installation and inspection of the project.

· Conduct quality inspections of installations and check the closure of defects.

· Monitor that testing is performed correctly in the project.

· Coordinate with the construction management team and the client on installation and quality issues.

· Input to weekly progress reports on quality items.

· Conduct internal quality audits.

Key qualifications required:

· Electro/Instrumentation is a vocational qualification or degree in electrical engineering.

· Previous experience in E&I testing and verification.

· Evidence of previous experience in controlling QAQC handover of industrial projects.

· Excellent accuracy and organizational/planning skills.

· Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
