Graveyard Workers Wanted for Örnsköldsvik's Southern Parish

The Graveyard Administration in Örnsköldsvik's southern parish is responsible for graveyard maintenance and burial services within the parish.

We are now looking for several graveyard workers for full-time positions during the 2026 season, located at Nätra and Sidensjö graveyards.

As a seasonal graveyard worker, you will be part of the team and contribute to the maintenance of the graveyards. Your tasks will include lawn mowing, hedge trimming, grave care, planting, and other tasks related to graveyard maintenance and burial services.

The 2026 season runs from early spring to late autumn. Most of the work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions. Working hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00.

As a graveyard worker, you will meet people in various stages of life, so it is important that you can handle these encounters in a professional and empathetic manner.

In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, responsible, and has a good ability to collaborate. You see the big picture and are happy to help your colleagues when needed.

You must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment and have a valid B driver's license. It is an advantage if you have training in gardening or landscaping, or if you have experience working with graveyards, parks, or landscaping.
