About the Position

We are now looking for employees for outdoor maintenance and environment for a seasonal assignment at Baltazar in Linköping. The role is practical and suits those who enjoy physical work outdoors and want to be part of the overall impression of properties and businesses. The work takes place in varying environments where service, responsibility, and quality are important parts of everyday life.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Maintenance of green areas such as lawn mowing, trimming, hedge trimming, and weeding
• Planting, watering, and basic plant care
• Cleaning of walkways, courtyards, parking lots, and other outdoor areas
• Maintenance and basic upkeep of machines and tools
• Report faults, damages, and deviations to the supervisor
• Participate in planning seasonal maintenance efforts
• Interact with residents, employees, school children, and visitors in a service-oriented and professional manner

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with experience in outdoor property maintenance, park, or gardening work, and who is used to working practically outdoors. You have basic knowledge in the use of machines such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.

You are meticulous, structured, and work independently while also enjoying collaboration with others. You are service-oriented, flexible, and have good physical fitness suitable for active and sometimes physically demanding work.

Requirements:

• Driving license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Education in gardening, property management, or similar
• TCYK professional certificate
• Chainsaw A+B and/or Brushcutter RA
• Work on road 1.1
