Team Leader in Property Services Gotland

Property Services Gotland
The Property Management Department manages the region's building stock, which includes hospitals, schools, preschools, administrative offices, etc. Our main task is to ensure that the region's administrations and external customers have suitable premises at the lowest possible cost.
The unit's Team Leaders and property technicians are responsible for the supervision and maintenance of the regional building stock in Gotland. The unit also performs supplementary work in the construction, electrical, and HVAC fields.
Your Responsibilities
As a team leader within the property services unit, you will be responsible for the daily management of approximately 5–8 employees. The tasks include operation, supervision, maintenance, and follow-up of properties within the operational area.
The role includes reviewing invoices as well as ordering and coordinating subcontractors. You will act as the contact person for managers and relevant operations and participate in certain procurements. Repair work may occur and can involve both properties and operational equipment.
The work is conducted based on established goals and performance requirements and includes limited responsibility within the area of occupational health and safety. You report directly to the unit manager and are part of a team leader group together with two other team leaders. Together, you contribute to the development of the unit and the department.
The positions are mainly located in southern and central Gotland.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with experience in a leadership position and technical education at the post-secondary level or equivalent experience. You have technical knowledge in property management and are very comfortable working with computer support. A B driver's license is required.
Certificates for hot work, lift training, and experience in ventilation, swimming pool water treatment, work order and financial systems, as well as local knowledge, are meritorious.
Your ability to plan, lead, and organize, and to see the big picture is good, and you find it easy to collaborate and enjoy working with others. As a person, you are social and outgoing, solution-focused, structured, and have the ability to inspire and motivate the workgroup.
Customer focus and business acumen are crucial, and it is important that you can communicate both externally and internally. We would like you to be driven by new technology and have leadership qualities that provide a clear vision of how you want to develop the operations and your team.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
