ISS Facility Services has an exciting collaboration with a customer in the automotive industry with several sites in Sweden. For the customer's site in Köping, we are now looking for a Maintenance Technician with a background in service and maintenance, mechanics, and/or electrical installations within alarms, access control systems, and gates. About the role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work with both planned and corrective maintenance of alarms, access control systems, and gates. The customer's operations require functionality 24/7. You will also perform work that includes some new installations, renovations, and modernization. The work is varied, independent, and can be physically demanding with a strong focus on reliability and safety. There may also be a need at other facilities within the region, so flexibility and a service-oriented mindset are important.

We prefer that you have at least a high school education with a focus on electrical/mechanical/welding or similar, as well as experience working with alarms, access control systems, and gates. You have worked with service, maintenance, electrical installations, scheduling, and troubleshooting. You have good knowledge of electrical/mechanical/hydraulic systems and are familiar with the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning's regulations. If you also have practical experience in modernizing garage/industrial gates and/or lifting devices and welding skills, that is highly meritorious. A driver's license (B) is required. Hot work, lift, and forklift licenses are desirable.

This is a permanent full-time position during daytime hours, starting with a 6-month probationary period.

On-call duty is included in the position with intervals of 4-5 weeks.

You have a strong commitment and are accustomed to identifying deviations and risks while seeing opportunities to improve routines and working methods. Thriving in a production environment is a prerequisite. You speak and write good Swedish.
