We are now looking for a service-oriented and driven property technician for our assignment in Västerås

We are growing and are now in need of a property technician for our operations in Västerås. The position includes a lot of personal responsibility and close contact with other employees and our clients. We are looking for someone who wants to work in a developing environment with a wide variety of tasks. The position is based in Västerås.

As a person, you should be meticulous, proactive, responsible, and have a sense of quality and good collaboration skills. In your work, you will meet many people, so it is required that you are service-oriented and have an open and outgoing attitude. Since we are a close-knit team, each individual has a responsibility for the atmosphere at the workplace, so you should be social, engaged, and enjoy meeting new people in your work role.

YOUR TASKS

You will work with the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of properties. You will have comprehensive responsibility for your assigned properties. You will perform both corrective maintenance as well as supervision and care of the properties. It is a significant advantage if you also have some knowledge of control and regulation technology.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You should be very practical and have good knowledge of property and facility maintenance. Electrical or control/regulation training is an asset. If you also have experience working with HVAC and training in SBA and as a facility manager, that is a significant plus!

We prefer that you have work experience in technical internal and external maintenance of properties and that you enjoy working in a team. We place great importance on your personal qualities such as being engaged, reliable, and having strong collaboration skills with a customer focus.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
