We are now looking for a licensed preschool teacher for a permanent position. The preschool consists of three departments with children aged one to two years, two to three, and a four and five-year-old department. The operations are characterized by safety, joy at work, and close collaboration between colleagues, children, and guardians. At the same time, we are in a phase where we actively work to develop teaching, working methods, and learning environments.

As a preschool teacher with us, you have a central role in the pedagogical mission. You plan, lead, and follow up on teaching together with colleagues and contribute to the systematic quality work. We are looking for someone who is confident in their leadership, who creates structure and direction in the group of children, and who sees development as a natural part of the professional role. You have the ability to engage, spark curiosity, and create learning situations based on children's participation and exploration.

Formal requirements:

• License as a preschool teacher.
• Good knowledge of the Preschool Curriculum (Lpfö 18) and the ability to implement it in daily work.
• Experience in pedagogical documentation and systematic quality work.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.

Personal qualities:

• Confident, clear, and structured leader with the ability to create order and a calm working environment.
• Engaged and present in the group of children, with the ability to capture and build on children's curiosity.
• Collaborative and unpretentious – you see the value in working together for the best of the children.
• Responsible and proactive, with a desire to contribute to the development of the entire preschool.
• Positive and reflective in your working method, focusing on solutions and learning.

Meritorious:

• Experience working in a smaller, family-oriented preschool where collaboration between departments is a natural part of everyday life.
• Experience working with children in age-divided groups (1–2, 3–4, and 5 years).
• Competence in language development methods, nature and outdoor pedagogy, or aesthetic learning processes.
• Experience working with children in need of extra support or special adaptations.

Other

We offer a permanent full-time position (100%) in the form of a vacation service. Start date is according to agreement. A preschool teacher license is required for the position. A criminal record extract must be presented upon hiring in accordance with applicable legislation. We apply collective agreements. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and references will be requested in the final stages of the recruitment process.
