Working as a nurse at WeMindAs a nurse at WeMind, you will work both independently and in a team with doctors and psychologists to ensure good care and nursing for patients. You will act as a primary care contact with the task of coordinating care around the patient. You will have close follow-up contact with patients and offer advice and evaluation of ongoing care using self-assessments as tools. Meet our nurses.
Main responsibilities:Advice
Follow-up of medication treatment and sampling
Care planning
Annual check-ups
Patient and family education
Structured conversations regarding crisis management, anxiety management, and suicide prevention.

About youLicensed nurse, specialization in psychiatry is an advantage
Several years of experience in a similar role within psychiatry is required
We are looking for someone with an interest in the varied work and multifaceted mission of being a nurse in psychiatry. You are professional in your approach and prioritize putting the patient first, ensuring good quality in care. You are responsible and have a good ability to plan and organize your work. At the same time, you are flexible and have good collaboration skills and are used to making assessments and decisions in consultation with doctors and nursing staff. You have a positive attitude and value the social work environment and team spirit.
