Working in elderly care means that you meet individuals who need your help, support, and commitment. The work is based on the individual’s needs and wishes, either in special housing or through home care. The work is varied. Tasks may include: providing personal care and service, activities, escorting, shopping, and cleaning.

In the support and care services, support and service are provided for children, young people, and adults with various disabilities. The area also includes personal assistance. Work in support and care means creating a meaningful everyday life and supporting the individual in their personal development. Job responsibilities may include care and contributing to the person's development with the goal of managing their own home, getting to employment, and having a quality leisure life.

As an extra offer to those who choose to work as summer temporary employees in elderly care and support and care, we offer you an additional salary payment of 6000 SEK. The offer applies to those who can work at least 300 scheduled hours during the holiday period (weeks 25-34).

Temporary position during the summer. Scope according to agreement. Please provide one or more references we can contact. To work in support and care, you must have a valid extract (no older than one year) from the criminal record. We prefer that you have education and experience working in healthcare. However, we also welcome those who have a strong interest in working with people. Even if you are under 18 years old, you are welcome to apply. As a person, we want you to be cooperative, responsible, and flexible. It is important that you can see the individual's needs and are open and attentive. You have a positive attitude towards your profession and see it as your obvious responsibility to contribute to a positive work environment. To work in elderly care & support and care, it is important that you can easily understand and be understood in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since many assignments and workplace locations require you to be able to travel by car, we highly prefer that you have a driver's license.
