JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work in a beautiful natural environment but does not want to be too far from Växjö city center. Why not consider a position at Solgården in Gemla?

We are just a short (two-minute) walk from Gemla train station. Driving here from Växjö takes about 20 minutes, and if you commute by train, it only takes six minutes!

At Solgården in Gemla, we focus on the well-being of our care recipients. We are a special accommodation with a total of 28 places spread over three departments.

As a nursing assistant with us, you work to provide care recipients with a safe and meaningful everyday life. Solgården is a small workplace where we prioritize care recipients, with closeness, consideration, laughter, and personality as our guiding principles. We are a small family in the countryside and hope you want to be a part of it!

Your tasks include helping care recipients with agreed-upon services. You will, of course, respect the dignity and integrity of the care recipients. Your responsibilities include documenting, performing delegated health and medical care tasks, maintaining good communication with relatives, and collaborating well with colleagues.

At Solgården, you will have the opportunity to work and develop together with a wonderful group of colleagues. Working hours are varied, including days and evenings, both weekdays and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, you need to have completed training from the healthcare and social care program and hold a professional title as a nursing assistant. Previous work experience in care work is an advantage.

To succeed in your role with us, you need to have a strong commitment to our care recipients and actively work for their best interests. We believe you are positive, flexible, responsible, and have good collaborative skills, valuing the dignity and integrity of each individual. We work daily in the Lifecare operational system, and you should be able to document according to the social services guidelines for social documentation.

Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement.
