Summer Temp Positions Available at Stora Coop Falkenberg

We are currently seeking summer temp staff for our store Stora Coop Falkenberg. We want you to have a good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, to recognize customer needs, and to deliver the best customer service in the industry with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative and like to come up with suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-driven, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and streamline both the business and yourself.

Your tasks will vary depending on which department you work in - we are currently looking for summer temps for the departments of Front Store/Cashier, Bakery, Manual Deli, and E-commerce. Tasks include those commonly found in stores, such as customer service, cashier work, and restocking. Customers should always be met with a fresh and well-stocked store and receive top-class service.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in grocery retail is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is the most important for us.

The positions are summer temp roles of approximately 15 hours/week during weeks 25-32 (June-August), with training before the start. Recruitment is ongoing, and positions may be filled before the application deadline.
