FF Property Services assists housing cooperatives with property management, financial management, and property maintenance. We are a company that has developed since 1976, with roots from the Property Employers' Association, which later became Almega. We are looking for a seasonal, driven, and engaged person for external maintenance to join our team for client assignments, where experience in the field is an advantage.

Our clients are housing cooperatives and private property owners.

In this role, you will work with external maintenance, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, tree pruning, and weed removal. The position requires good physical condition and the ability to perform tasks that sometimes involve heavy lifting and prolonged standing. You should be able to work independently but also as part of a team.

Meritorious

• Previous experience in gardening
• Good knowledge of vegetation and plant care
• Lawn mowing with a riding mower
• Ability to operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawn mowers and trimmers
• Driver's license B
• Good references

The position is seasonal from 2026-04-01 to 2026-10-31. Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.
