The elderly care is the largest area of the Social Administration, responsible for special accommodations, short-term accommodations, security accommodations, home care, family support, meeting points, and authority handling.

Team Öster is a home care group based in their local Rosa Villan on Garvaregatan, working across a geographical area around Norrtorn, Kolberga, Mockebo, and out towards Saltvik.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work consists of implementing approved care and service measures according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and health care measures according to the Health Care Act (HSL). The staff in Team Öster work in the client's own home based on the measures approved by the case manager.

You have a good ability to see the whole picture and each individual's conditions and needs. You are attentive, have good collaboration skills, and thrive in a fast-paced and joyful work environment. You, together with other staff, are responsible for ensuring that clients receive good care, treatment, and service. You contribute to activation and rehabilitation based on the individual's conditions.

You perform medical tasks delegated by licensed personnel.

You participate in business development, quality assurance, and professional development.

The value foundation in the Social Services Act is an important tool in our work group. Our starting point is always the individual and their well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has experience from similar work.

As a person, you are open, self-assured, and have a professional demeanor. You have analytical skills and are positive with good collaboration abilities.

You have good computer skills. You master the Swedish language well, both spoken and written. A driver's license is a requirement.
