Team Söder/Åsa home care group operates from its location at Solbacka and works across a geographical area that includes, among others, the Södertorn and Åsa areas. We move around by bike or on foot.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant with us, you report directly to the unit manager. The work consists of implementing approved care and service measures according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and health and medical care measures according to the Health and Medical Care Act (HSL). The staff in Team Söder/Åsa work in the client's own home based on the measures approved by the case manager. You, together with other staff, are responsible for ensuring that clients receive good care, treatment, and service. You perform medical tasks delegated by licensed personnel. You participate and contribute to activation and rehabilitation based on the individual's conditions. You also participate in business development, quality assurance, and professional development.

The value base in the Social Services Act is an important tool in our work group. Our starting point is always the individual and their well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant, preferably with experience from similar operations. We would like you to have experience working in a politically governed organization.

You have a good ability to see the whole picture and each individual's conditions and needs. You are attentive, responsible, have good collaboration skills, and thrive in a fast-paced and joyful work environment. As a person, you are flexible, self-driven, have good self-awareness, and a professional demeanor. You have analytical skills and are positive.

Documentation is an important part of our work, so you need to have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, as well as good computer skills.

Being able to ride a bike is a requirement. A B driver's license is an advantage.
