About You

You are a positive person who is engaged and contributes to a good team spirit to create a pleasant workplace. You take responsibility for your work and understand that you are part of an important whole.

It is highly meritorious if you have completed, or are currently undergoing, training in large-scale kitchen and restaurant or equivalent. Recent experience working in large kitchens, restaurants, and/or cafes is also meritorious. Good knowledge of self-control and HACCP is desirable. It is also meritorious if you have experience with cash handling.

We are looking for someone who is interested in food and service and has the willingness to take responsibility and engage. You have a positive attitude and a good sense of humor, as well as being easy to communicate and collaborate with. Furthermore, you are quick on your feet, flexible, and appreciate varied tasks. Heavy lifting occurs daily, so it is beneficial if you have good physical fitness. To be considered for a summer job with us, you must be at least 18 years old. You need to be available for work every weekday during the entire period. Excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

You need to be available for work during the period of week 24-33. Introduction and training will take place before week 24.

Job Responsibilities

If you are a trained chef with several years of experience in large kitchens, you will work in hot and cold kitchens as well as in dietary kitchens. Work in dishwashing and at the dining table may occur.

Work as a kitchen assistant includes dishwashing and tray setting, as well as other tasks in large kitchens, including work in our lunch restaurant and in the café & shop.
