Make a Difference with Us

You will be responsible for the internal and external maintenance for our customers and become part of a team that manages daily operations. As a property caretaker at Riksbyggen, you will be one of those who work closest to the customer. This means you will be responsible for receiving and quickly addressing any requests and reports of issues from customers.

Your tasks will include internal and external maintenance, minor property repairs, customer contacts, purchasing materials, and maintaining machinery and hand tools. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to see and meet our customers' needs - you want to help create a good living environment. It is important that you enjoy teamwork and have a positive attitude towards work, customers, and your colleagues. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and able to organize your work efficiently. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and would like you to describe in your personal letter how you deliver customer satisfaction.

We believe you have a high school education and/or vocational training, preferably with a focus on property management/operations/administration or equivalent relevant work experience. Good knowledge and experience of technical installations in properties is an advantage, as well as experience driving a car with a trailer.

The mobile phone is an important work tool in all our roles. It is where we communicate and where you keep track of your emails, manage work orders, and handle time reporting, etc. Therefore, we expect you to have knowledge of and experience using a mobile phone and computer in your job.

A valid driver's license (B) is required for this position.

The positions are temporary with placement in Umeå, and work in other locations within the market area may occur.
