Make a Difference with Us

We are looking for employees in three different areas;

Garden Group

You will be responsible for external greenery maintenance for our clients and become part of our team working with garden management. Tasks include basic gardening, such as pruning/planting/weeding/watering during the growing season. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and the work consists of specific customer orders developed in collaboration with our clients to promote a good outdoor environment from, among other things, an ecological perspective.

We believe that you have a high school education and/or vocational training focused on gardening or equivalent relevant work experience. Good knowledge of handling gardening tools is a requirement, as we work with both hand tools and larger machines such as hot water steamers. It is an advantage if you have, for example, a chainsaw certificate/brush cutter training and professional certification in pruning. The Garden Group works from approximately April to October. The positions require a B driver's license and experience in driving a car with a trailer.

Lawn Mowing

You will be responsible for external maintenance for our clients and become part of a team that manages daily operations. Tasks primarily include lawn mowing and trimming during the growing season. A B driver's license is required for the role, and good knowledge of handling gardening tools is an advantage. The employment lasts about 8 weeks scheduled for June - August.

Weeding

You will be responsible for external maintenance for our clients and become part of a team that manages daily operations. Tasks primarily include weeding during the growing season. You work in a team that according to a schedule weeds, etc., for our clients around Umeå. The employment lasts about 4-6 weeks scheduled for June, July, and August.

The mobile phone is an important work tool in all our roles. It is where we communicate and where you keep track of your emails, manage work orders, and handle time reporting, etc. We therefore expect you to have knowledge of and experience in using mobile phones and computers at work.
