Do you want to play a key role in our expansion journey? We at 2c8 are looking for a salesperson who can help take our new customer sales to the next level.

The tool is the market's simplest and most powerful system for modeling business processes and creating visual management systems. With scalable solutions that visualize and simplify processes, we help companies of all sizes create order, consensus, and lasting value.

We are a company with a presence all over the world, and our sales are increasing every day. Today, we have more than 1,800 customers in over 50 countries.

Our headquarters is located in Karlstad, and we currently have 42 employees, including 6 developers in Sri Lanka. We are a great team working in cross-functional teams that always strive to succeed together. 2c8’s way of working is characterized by curiosity, openness, and a lack of prestige. About the role

As a salesperson at 2c8, you will focus on driving our new customer sales in the Nordic market.

In the role of salesperson, you will:

  • Be responsible for and drive the entire sales process from identified business opportunity to closed deal. You own the entire sales cycle and customer development thereafter.

  • Meet decision-makers in leading positions in various companies when you book meetings, present our solutions, prepare quotes, and drive the business towards closure in collaboration with and handover to our consultants and customer developers.

  • Drive value-based and consultative sales by identifying the customer's challenges, educating the customer about both problems and solutions, and connecting 2c8’s products to the customer's goals.

  • Navigate through long and complex sales cycles, ensuring continuous follow-up and influence in a broad and varied landscape of stakeholders.

  • Build long-term relationships with prospects and customers and contribute to the development of our sales strategy.

  • You should confidently be able to conduct demonstrations and storytelling around 2c8 Apps products, and be able to handle objections or questions from the customer. At the same time, we expect you to collaborate closely with colleagues from other departments when the right opportunity arises. We sell as a team and we win as a team.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has high energy, is self-driven, business-oriented, and used to working towards high goals.

  • Has a proactive approach and experience in 'hunting for new customers'.

  • Has documented good sales results, you are among the better ones in your team today.

  • Has the ability to close complex deals with long sales cycles through a consultative and value-based approach.

  • Is curious and constantly wants to learn more and develop.

  • Is a team player, you will collaborate with other departments and your colleagues in the sales department.

  • Preferably has experience in B2B sales and new customer acquisition. Meritorious in software, SaaS, or complex solution sales.

  • Is an excellent communicator and masters Swedish and English in speech and writing.
